(English)

There are many people who want to change or turn their lives around, but I think there are just as many people who don’t know how to change their lives that easily, or what to change, and end up living their lives as usual without changing anything.

In order to change your life, you need to change your behavior and thoughts, but I don’t think that changing your behavior and thoughts will immediately change your life or turn it around.

In order to change your life, you need to make it a habit after changing your behavior and thoughts.

So, let’s make a list of the behaviors and thoughts that you want to quit and label them as “bad habits”.

Loose with time
Spending too much time in idleness
Watching TV, surfing the Internet, watching videos, etc. on a lazy basis
Binge eating, snacking, and unhealthy eating
Lack of exercise or lack of physical activity
Swearing, gossiping, complaining, and negative thinking
Not listening to others, criticizing others
Getting irritated easily.
Indifference, avoiding responsibility, being influenced by others
Procrastination
Lying to oneself
Wastefulness and overspending

There are quite a few bad habits that I can think of.

I was going to print out a list of these bad habits on a piece of paper and post it on the wall of my room, but I thought that if I didn’t do that, I might attract more bad habits, so I decided to turn them into good habits.

Be punctual
Time is an asset, use it for good.
Read books instead of watching TV, internet or videos.
Eat a balanced diet with nutrients, and avoid snacking as much as possible.
Strength training and running or walking every day
Instead of talking bad about others or yourself, praise them.
Take a moment to accept negative thoughts, and then convert them into positive ones.
You only have one mouth, but you have two ears. Listen intently to what others have to say.
Give suggestions rather than criticism.
Excitement rather than frustration.
Be curious about everything and ask questions about what you don’t understand.
Do it now, not later.
Be honest with yourself and don’t lie.
Use your money to invest in yourself and your family.

What do you think? After all, writing down your good habits will make you feel better. If you increase the number of good habits, even if it’s just a little bit at a time, you will probably find yourself changing six months or a year from now.
