(English)

When I heard Koichi Iwaki, a 70-year-old actor known for his many hobbies, say on his YouTube channel, “We play with our lives,” I felt like I understood the reason for his unchanging charm.

In order to actively enjoy life even in old age like Mr. Iwaki, I think it is important to not do things you want to do or like half-heartedly, but to go all the way.

It may be an exaggeration to call it risking one’s life, but in my case, whether it is learning English, practicing guitar or marathon, or muscle training, most of the work is routine and unrefined, but depending on how much I can concentrate on this routine with a high level of awareness, in other words, depending on how sincerely I can input, the quality of my output will change.

By the way, this routine work, that is, making your body remember through repetitive practice, I think is the most important thing to learn something.

I think it is the most important thing to learn something, and if I were to exaggerate, I would say that our lives are made up of daily routines and habits.

I believe this tells us that if you want to change your life, you should start by changing the little routines and habits of your daily life.

For example, it could be waking up early, reading a book on your way to work, or posting on social networking sites every day. Once you are able to do these habits without being conscious of it, try the next one. It doesn’t matter what it is, always try to start something new.

There’s no need to force yourself to do something that didn’t last. It means it didn’t work for you or it’s not the right time.

What’s important is that when you are able to keep up with some good routine, you should just concentrate on the routine time and immerse yourself in that work.
