Taking care of your life is the same as taking care of your time.

This is what my mother always told me when I was a child.

To be honest, I didn’t take this advice seriously when I was a child, but after living for more than 50 years, I finally realized the importance of it.

But after living for more than 50 years, I have finally come to realize the importance of it. This is because I felt that there was so little time left once I had the desire and purpose to do this and that so that I would not regret it when I die.

When I was a university student, I had no idea what I wanted to do, and I wasted a lot of time thinking that I had plenty of time, and when I was working hard in my thirties, I sometimes spent my weekends just sleeping in exhaustion.

In my case, especially on weekends when I didn’t have any work to do, my waking time and behavioral patterns were different from weekdays, so I would lose my rhythm, and my productivity would drop or I would waste a lot of time. However, by waking up at the same time as I did on weekdays, writing blog posts early in the morning, studying English, and going to bed at the same time as I did on weekdays, I was able to use my time more profitably.

In other words, I have come to believe that continuing the same routine every day, every week, every month, and every year of doing what I want to do is, for me, valuing my time.

The other reason why time is so important is that once time has passed, you can’t rewind it and start over, and you can’t borrow it like money and get future time in advance.

That is why I would like to live each moment with all my heart, cherishing this time of now.
