(English)

Where is your motivation switch.

It’s a phrase used in some commercials, but if we had such a useful switch, we might not have to struggle so much in life.

Everyone has times when they feel unmotivated or out of sorts today, but what exactly is motivation?

The closest word to the English translation of motivation is motivation, but if you translate motivation back into Japanese, the first word that appears in the dictionary is motive.

So, since motivation is what motivates us to take action, we can say that we are “motivated” because we are highly motivated, and we are not “motivated” if our motivation is low. I think.

In other words, when motivation is low, the motivation that drives the behavior is low.

Motivation is not always constant, and it may rise or fall depending on the situation, but there are some people who seem to be highly motivated all the time.

In my own experience, I believe that in order to keep motivation high and stable, it is important to clarify the motivation that prompts the behavior, and then to make that behavior a routine anyway.

And, and I think the key to keeping the routine going is to always visualize your actions and check your progress.

I have a number of dreams and goals that I still want to achieve, but in order to achieve them, I need to put my actions into a routine, or routine. And by keeping up this routine, it will motivate you and naturally turn on your motivation switch, which is a positive chain of events.

Now, today, I would like to continue to carefully carry out my daily routine.
