Everyone has different values and different motivations, but when it comes to yourself, you may not have many opportunities to objectively see what values you have and what motivates you.
So today, I’d like to introduce you to the Motivation Finder’s list.
It’s quite a long list, but I think it will help you understand a surprising aspect of yourself and what you value, so please take a look at it.
Cooperation, Collaboration, Connection, Involvement … Likes and is good at working with others to do things. I like to help others and feel a sense of unity.
