2022年の6月21日に、このブログに初めてマイホーム構想の記事を書いてから1年半。
ようやく12月4日にドリームハウスの着工までこぎつけることができました。
2022年の11月にハウスメーカーが決まってから1年以上に渡り数十回の打ち合わせを重ね、ようやく最終図面が決まりました。
注文住宅って、全ての仕様を一つ一つ決める必要があるわけですがこれが想像以上に大変。忍耐強い妻が居なければ、とても私一人では決められなかったと思います。
一旦着工が始まると、施主の方ではあまりやることもないと聞きますが、私自身今月FIREしたばかりで時間ならたっぷりとあるので、Vlog用のアクションカメラを購入しました。
これで、着工から完成までをしっかりと動画に収めていきたいと思っております。
着工から完成まで半年以上はかかりそうなので、実際に住み始めるのは来年の夏頃。
自分の家を持つまでに随分と時間がかかってしまいましたが、その分マイホームライフをとことん楽しみます。
いつの日か、ルームツアーの動画をアップできるように、しばらくは動画編集の勉強をしたいと思います。

It has been a year and a half since I wrote my first post on this blog about my home concept on June 21, 2022. Finally, we were able to start construction of our dream house on December 4, 2022.
After dozens of meetings over more than a year since we decided on a house builder in November 2022, we finally decided on the final drawings.
A custom-built house means that all the specifications need to be decided one by one, and this is much more difficult than I had imagined. Without my patient wife, I don’t think I would have been able to make these decisions on my own.
I hear that once construction starts, there is not much for the owner to do, but I myself just FIRE this month, so I have plenty of time, so I bought an action camera for Vlogging.
With this camera, I will be able to capture the entire process from start of construction to completion on video.
It will take more than half a year from the start of construction to the completion, so I won’t be able to actually start living in the house until next summer. It has taken me a long time to own my own house, but I will enjoy my home life as much as I can.
I would like to study video editing for a while so that I can upload a room tour video someday.
