年末に宣言した通り、今年は、料理の腕をあげていきたいと思います。
と言うことで、義理の両親の家で、久しぶりに夕食を振舞いました。
合計で6品。美味しそうに食べてくれる姿に、モチベーションが上がります。
今回は、中華料理のレパートリーの中からメニューを考えましたが、中華料理って、大人数でワイワイ言いながら食べるのに最適ですね。
また、基本脂っこい料理が多いので、もちろんお酒にも良く合います。と言っても私は下戸でございますが。

As I declared at the end of the year, I would like to improve my cooking skills this year.
So, for the first time in a long time, I served dinner at my in-laws’ house.
Six dishes in total. It motivates me to see them eat so well.
Cucumber and sesame oil salad
Spicy fried prawns
Stir-fried oyster and bok choy with oyster sauce
Steamed rockfish
Stir-fried beef and garlic scapes
Tantanmen with tomato
This time, I came up with a menu from my repertoire of Chinese dishes, and Chinese food is perfect for a large group of people to eat while having a good time.
Also, since most of the dishes are fatty, they go well with alcohol, of course. However, I am not a drinker.
