On Sunday, I took Charlie out for two walks, one in the morning and one in the evening.
In total, we walked for two and a half hours, covering a total distance of 10 kilometers.
I walked 19,492 steps in one day, which is almost three times the average of 6,846 steps for an adult male.
However, I read on the Internet that more than 10,000 steps a day can cause fatigue in the body and lower the immune system.
In my case, the average number of steps I took on weekdays was around 10,000, so I thought it would not be a problem to overwork myself on Sundays.
In fact, after dinner, I felt pleasantly fatigued and was able to sleep more soundly than usual at night.

On Saturday, I worked on my daughter’s math with her, giving her brain a workout.
On Sunday, I took Charlie for a walk to strengthen my body.
This may be a special way for me to spend my weekend.
