(English)

Yesterday, I did English reading, listening, and muscle training in between, went for a run with Charlie in the evening, bought ingredients for my daughter’s lunch on the way home, and prepared her lunch in the evening. I had a productive day, practicing my guitar before going to bed and doing almost all of my routine.

It is not often that I have a day when everything goes so smoothly, but I thought I was feeling good after my refreshing trip to Hakushu last weekend.

I believe that we are exposed to stress every day of our lives, even if we don’t realize it.

I believe that the accumulation of such minor stresses can cause a malfunction or disrupt our biorhythms, preventing us from performing to our full potential, but not all stress is bad.

Stressors that cause stress can be broadly classified into four categories: physical stressors (such as noise), chemical stressors (such as chemical stimuli), biological stressors (such as pollen and bacteria), and psychosocial stressors (such as relationships).

When we are exposed to these stressors, we experience a variety of physical, psychological, and behavioral stress reactions to the stimuli. These reactions can be physical, psychological, or behavioral.

In the worst case scenario, physical discomfort can lead to poor concentration and irritability, and when relationship stress builds up, we may find ourselves in a vicious cycle of overeating, wasting money, and drinking more alcohol as an outlet for this stress.

At such times, it is important not to blame yourself for not being good enough, but to take a complete break, give up what you are doing, and go somewhere for a change of pace in order to break the vicious cycle.

Also, in my case, regarding relationships, I feel much less stressed since I decided to stop trying to control anyone or judge people according to my own criteria.

And I hope to continue to deal with stress well in order to bring out the best in myself and my abilities.
