1週間に渡った夏休みの家族旅行も終わり、またいつもの日常が戻ってきました。
今回は1週間の北海道旅行でしたが、次は2週間でも3週間でも好きなだけ時間をかけて旅行したい。
そのためにも、今の自分自身のゴールは、経済的にも、時間的にも縛られない自由を手に入れること。
20代や30代の時は、ただがむしゃらに生きてきただけだったように思いますが、50代になり、自分のことを考える余裕が出てきたことと、残りの人生を考えるようになったことで、自分の好きなことを、好きな時に、好きな人とする人生を絶対に実現したいと思うようになりました。
私自身、好きなことははっきりとしているので、あとは、好きなことでお金を稼げるようになることと、加えて、それを好きな時に好きな人とできるようにするだけだと思っています。
そんな人生を夢見てブログを始めたのが2年半前。そしてあと2年以内には夢を実現させたいと考えています。ちょうど今日見ていたテレビで、釣り好きが高じて、定年退職後に栃木から北海道に移住した夫婦を取り上げた番組を見ていました。釣り好きには北海道はパラダイスですが、釣り以外にも家庭菜園や料理などを夫婦で楽しんでいる姿を見て、自分も早く夢を叶えなければと改めて誓うのでした。
そう、夢は見るだけでなくて、叶えるもの。
さあ、今日もせっせと準備をしていきましょう。

Our week-long summer family vacation trip is over and we are back to our usual routine.
This time it was a one-week trip to Hokkaido, but next time I want to take as much time as I want, even two or three weeks.
To that end, my goal for myself now is to have the freedom to be financially and time-wise unbounded.
When I was in my 20s and 30s, I think I just lived my life grubbily, but now that I am in my 50s, I have more time to think about myself and the rest of my life, and I have come to realize that I definitely want to achieve a life where I do what I like, when I like, and with whom I like.
I myself have a clear idea of what I like to do, so all I need to do is to be able to make money doing what I like to do and, in addition, be able to do it when I like to do it and with whom I like to do it.
I started blogging two and a half years ago, dreaming of such a life. And I hope to make my dream a reality within the next two years.
Just today I was watching a TV program that featured a couple who moved from Tochigi to Hokkaido after retirement because of their love of fishing. Hokkaido is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts, but seeing the couple enjoying not only fishing but also vegetable gardening and cooking together made me vow once again that I too must fulfill my dream as soon as possible.
Yes, dreams are not only to be seen, but also to be realized.
Now, let’s get ready to work hard today.
