(English)

This April, I will have been with my current company for 10 years.

Before that, I had been working for the company I joined as a new graduate after graduating from university for about 20 years.

This means that I have been a member of society for exactly 30 years.

If I were to divide these 30 years into 10 years, the first 10 years were a period in which I learned the basics as a working adult, the next 10 years were a period in which I worked hard in English while working overseas, and the last 10 years were the peak of my corporate career at the company with the largest market capitalization in the world.

When I evaluate myself as a corporate employee, I just think I was the luckiest person to be blessed with the people and opportunities around me.

I joined a foreign-affiliated company with a light heart, thinking it would be cool if I could work using English, but I was given the opportunity to work overseas, and at my current company, I work with colleagues from all over the world, which has always stimulated me from a global perspective.

Now, after 30 years of working experience, I am ready to move on to the next step.

From now on, I aim to live the rest of my life doing only what I want to do and what I love to do, utilizing the experience and skills I have cultivated so far.

I still have only a vague plan in my mind, but I believe that if it is something I love and want to do, I will be able to continue doing it even if I encounter some difficulties.

And I would like to take a big step forward in my life now so that when I die, I will be glad that I made the decision at that time, and that I was able to do what I wanted to do and what I loved to do.

Port good, starboard good, forward good, retreat and move forward.
