(English)

This has been my 29th year since I stated my corporate carrer, and I have had a big turning point every five years in my corporate life, and I think that the turning point always came after any kind of obstcles.

At a foreign-affiliated company that I joined as a new graduate, I was suddenly transferred to a local sales office, but as a result of studying English without rotting there, I was given the opportunity to work overseas five years later.

For the first five years after moving to Sydney, Australia, I was working for the Japanese customers and all my colleagues were Japanese. I quickly realized that I would not improve my English just because I’m living overseas and such sense of urgency motivated me to study English. As a result of efforts, it was led me to move to the Australian team, and for the first time I was able to work in a 100% English working environment.

After that, for the five years after returning to Japan, I was able to achieve great results in my work, and I was assigned the responsibility for heading the two departments, but I want to try myself more and challenge new things. When I was searching for what I wanted to do, I was asked by the company I am currently working for.

When I changed jobs, I shared the experience of growing into a company with the largest market capitalization in the world, but honestly, for the first two years or so, I had a lot of challenges adapting to the speed, and I was almost crushed by the pressure. Even so, I think I was able to experience a big promotion before the fifth year because I was able to overcome that period.

As I wrote in this blog, I will do everything I want to do for the rest of my life. I’m looking forward to doing what I really want to do and what kind of scenery I will see next.
