(English)

I found much that I can relate to in the “list of ways to train your brain for maximum performance” proposed by Shuichi Tsuji, a researcher of the life skills brain.

  • Think about the value of flow
  • Think about your mind on your own
  • Become aware of your emotions
  • Become aware of meaning making
  • Choose your words
  • Choose your facial expression
  • Choose your attitude
  • Think of living in the present
  • Thinking about what you like
  • Think of a challenge
  • Think hard
  • Think gratitude
  • Think Respect
  • Think supportive

What do you think?

I’ve heard that the human brain is equipped with the ability to recognize problems (input) and unconsciously work to solve them (output), and that the first step on the stairway to success is to change the way you think and react to them.

I’ve heard that the first step on the stairway to success is to change the way you think and react to things, and that these things are 100% controllable by you, which gives me hope.

ABOUT US

Writer; Kanegon Joined the US financial related company in Tokyo back in 1991 as the fresh graduate and learnt the business 101 over there including over 10 years overseas experience in Sydney, Australia.
