Happy New Year!

Well, the year 2023 has finally begun.

This morning, I am going skiing with my family while watching the first sunrise of the new year.

Going skiing at the end of the year has become a family tradition for 6-7 years, but this is the first time we are going at the beginning of the year.

What kind of year do you want 2023 to be?

For myself, I would like to make it a turning point for the next chapter in my life by focusing even more on what I have started to do in the past 3 years.

If I were to use one kanji character to describe myself over the last year, it would be “決.

After my father’s death and the Corona disaster, I have been thinking about making major changes in my remaining life for the past three years, and last year I finally decided exactly what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Last year, I finally decided what I want to do for the rest of my life.

I have a clear idea of what I want to do, and within the last year, I wrote down on a mandala chart all the things I want to achieve in the next five years. This year, I want to use my time to achieve them and just focus all my attention on them.

I will continue to spend as much time as possible on the things I want to do, but I believe that in order to further increase my productivity, it is essential to stretch my concentration to the limit.

Also, as I have written in this blog before, I believe that the ultimate happiness expert I am aiming for is someone who has a life’s work that he or she should devote his or her life to, who feels that his or her life has meaning without a single cloud, and who will continue to pursue it throughout his or her life until the end of his or her own life.

I believe that this year is an important year for me to see if I can be a dream chaser throughout the rest of my life.

So, I wish you all the best this year.
