(English)

Today, I got my second dose of vaccine for corona.

I’m writing this blog post ahead of schedule because I’ve heard that many people experience strong side effects the second time around.

I have been living for 52 years, and this year and a half with the coronary heart disease has been a year and a half that has completely changed my lifestyle.

At the company where I am working now, not only has the Corona disaster changed my life, but some of my colleagues are also retiring earlier than planned as they rethink their future life plans.

Corona has had such a great impact on us, and it was also the reason I started blogging, which I have wanted to do for almost ten years.

I don’t drink, I like to cook at home, and I feel most relaxed when I’m at home with my family, so that hasn’t changed much.

On the other hand, although many people are hoping that the corona will be brought under control, we don’t know when it will be brought under control, and even if it is brought under control, a new virus could rage again at any time. There is also no possibility that the Nankai Trough earthquake, which is said to have an 80% probability of occurring within the next few decades, will occur tomorrow.

The Japanese people have fought against natural disasters before, and I believe that we will be able to overcome any disaster or epidemic that may come our way.

Even if my life were to end tomorrow, if I can spend each day with the intention of developing myself even a little more today than I did yesterday, I may be able to live the rest of my life to the fullest, thinking of it as a bonus given to me by God.
